Need tech sheet / service manual. First encounter with a F/P and hope it's my last. Unit will fill with water, start wash cycle, agitate for about a minute and then all the led's start flashing and Power Interrupted Will restart in 10 seconds shows on display. Unit restarts and then continues to do the same thing over and over. Will drain and start to spin if placed in drain cycle, but same condition occurs..

I got the service manual for the IWL15

IWL16 has some differences compared to IWL15. IWL16 is a Phase 7 machine (like GW15 and later). IWL15 and IWL12 are Phase 6 machines like GWL11.
