Cannot retrieve fault codes per instructions in tech sheet. Cannot start diagnostic mode as unit does not have any of the buttons mentioned in tech sheet. Unit powers up and cycle LED flashes on any cycle selected. Start button is pushed and held for 3 seconds. Unit beeps three times, LED continues to flash and unit will not start. Any suggestions.

Yes, pull the 3 blue wire connector from the MCU or at the CCU and try it. If it looks like it's going to run and doesn't give the 3 beeps with the MCU signal wire off then you have a bad MCU.

Seems to be a common failure in these newer Duets and Duet Sports.
