Just had the system installed and having some teething problems, hoping somebody can shed some light.

Install went with no real issues and boiler makes all the heat I need. It's setup to do Indirect hot water, made by Bradford-White model sw250rl.

Here's the issue, when calling for hot water I get error codes that I believe are casued by air pockets.

The system fires up and after about a minute I hear a solenoid open and I get some fluctuations in pressure which shuts the system down and gives either a "2F" or "4A" code.

These have nothing to do with either air pockets or fluctuation in pressure.

When making heat the system runs fine, no fluctuations and no trouble codes.Only problems when making hot water.

I've bled the system a few times and it seems to have helped but I can't seem to get it to run effortlessly.

I was told that both the heat loop and hot water loop are connected to each other so why is there only an issue on one loop?

I'm having the installer install another bleeder on the system but there has to be a better way for this thing to run.

Thanks for any help you guys can give me, Eric
