Trying to determine if it's the keypad or the control board. The control board has been permanently discontinued. The keypad is available. I'm hoping a service manual will help me determine which is causing the problem.

Thanks!

Normally if there is a keypad error I think it's a good idea to replace both the board and the keypad. If the board is NLA you can try fixyourboards.com, they may be able to refurbish it for you.
