Viking is very difficult to get technical info for :( I looked through all my stuff and haven't found anything yet...

I don't have the service manual for that model number but do have several bulletins on it. What problem are you having? One of the bulletins may cover it.

The oven control is too hot by about 40 degrees, looking to see if there is a way to re-calibrate. I like having a service manual on my bookshelf at the ready...
