Carrier 58DLA - Replacement Blower Motor/Cage Fan Part Number Needed

I have a Carrier 58DLA135-10122 that I am needing to find a replacement blower motor and the squirrel case fan.

I can find the Blower Motor Housing Assembly part number but it is only the housing, I can't seem to find the actual blower motor or squirrel cage fan part number. Below is what I could find for documentation but I can't find a master parts list.
