Loking for a service manual on this product.

Having an issue where PF shows up in the display, and cannot be cleared.

My associate has verified proper voltage and polarity, replaced touchpad, erc, spark board, and installed the ferrous material aroung the wires as recommended by the manufacturer. Is there something that needs to be done to unlock the board perhaps? PF code on the display cannot be cleared. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
