I was working on an HE2 today. Main control gave an F23 error code. Changed control and this did away with the F23 code...so I thought. It never would spin up to full speed during diagnostics. During rinse cycle there is a "clicking noise" sounding like something stuck in between the spin basket and tub. I am not sure if this is all related or two or seperate issues. Any ideas what could cause this noise and "no high speed spin" condition? I thought of the motor control, but original complaint only listed clicking noise.

Do you have the complete model number on this washer?

You sure that error code wasn't F13?
