Customer said clothes were soaking wet after two spin cycles. Can turn tub in either direction by hand when unit is off. Can hold tub from spinning in spin cycle. Coupler is ok. Can I assume a bad clutch and brake assembly?? Customer wants a diagnosis and price for parts and repair before making decision to keep or replace.
