GE Refrigerator

I have a GE refrigerator model number gts18gcrerww serial number dg790634 and I am getting water under the crisper drawers.  (It does not have an ice maker)  The first time i went out I poured hot water down the drain and it came out fine.  Got a call back that they still have water under crispers.

The  next time i went out i ran a small 1/4" snake all the way down the drain.  I did not encounter any resistance except at the bend at the bottom and with a litte extra pressure it went through.  I did get some junk out.  I then poured water though it again and water came out fine.  I put it in the defrost cycle and watched the water drip down into the tray and go down the drain without a problem.

Within 24 hours, i got another call that they still are getting water under the crisper drawers.  Looking at the unit and the parts break down on GE's web site it does not look like floor of the freezer comes off.  Is this true?  Any advise you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think this is melted condensate at all-- you saw as much yourself. This has to be moisture from the air finding its way into the fridge and condensing somewhere in the fridge and pooling under the crisper drawers. One of the doors might not be closing all the way, could be a sliver of a leak in a gasket, or could be a big tear; cabinet may not be square creating a gap between the gasket and cabinet. Look for water streaks down the back, inside the fresh food compartment. Usually, for moist air leaks, I see water condensing at the cold air supply port in the fresh food compartment (coldest place) and then pooling up at the lowest place (underneath the crisper drawers). Let us know what you find!

Unfortunately I was not able to recheck the unit.  The store decided to replace the unit.  Thank you for your help.
