Bosch WFVC3300UC-19 Front Load Washer

The washer does not go into high speed spin, intermittently. Does spin on low speed all the time. Sometimes washer works fine, other times it will not do the high speed spin. Coin trap is clear, completely drains.

 

If no manual, any ideas would be appreciated.
