Team Samurai Samurai Appliance Repair Man Posted February 6, 2013 Team Samurai Posted February 6, 2013 For most refrigerators where both compartments are warming up, start at the condenser. Make sure it's clean and that the condenser fan is running.
richseattle56 Posted February 6, 2013 Author Posted February 6, 2013 (edited) This is a dual evaporator fridge. The fan in freezer is running. There is a fan at the bottom of the FF section not running. No frost on back wall of FZ section. There is even frost on both evaporators. Going back tomorrow to check condensor fan to make sure it is running. The controls on this fridge are on the dispensor. There are probably diagnostics. The location of the tech sheet is not known. I am going to check behind the kick plate, hopefully there. Thanks Edited February 6, 2013 by richseattle56
