Bosch WFMC5440UC Service Manual

Looking for Bosch WFMC5440UC Service manual.  I saw some out there for the 6400, not sure if it will be the same.  I haven't gone out to house yet.  Customer says washer will not wash or spin. i am assuming that it is a clogged pump.
