True #GDM-72 Cooler Cabinet

Reg,  Could you do your crystal ball & find anything that pertains to a True model #GDM-72  AK9434A reach in cooler.   Complaint is that thermostat is turned up all the way,  the cabinet drops to between 27 & 30 degrees overnight.  I guessing thermostat sight unseen,  fans are working, cabinet not overloaded they say.
