Need a service manual or at least the tech sheet (LIT2216445) for:

Kitchen-Aid SxS Refrig

Mod# KSRA25FKSS00

Ser# SL4053047

 

I need to know how to put it into a manual defrost, (to see if it will go into a defrost), with the user interface controls.

 

It has a defrost problem, (heater and defrost t-stat both OK), evaporator plugged with ice and refrig temp setting seems to change by itself randomly.  I'm pretty sure I have a main control board problem causing the defrost problem and the refrig temp setting changing as I here relays clicking on/off when it should be running.
