central air conditioner, outside fan runs, but not hot air

hi 

we have installed a new outside unit and new air handler about 19 months.

the outside fan runs, but it does not blow out hot air.

we are in FLorida, summer is coming fast.

 

how do i troubleshoot?

Compresor is not running. Possibility of loose or broken wire.

a model number may help

Your dual capacitor may also be bad.

The higher MFD side starts the compressor.
