Amana Washer NFW7200TW Tech Sheet/Manual

I'm looking for the service manual and/or tech sheet for an Amana washer model # NFW7200TW.  Any info on error code E3.

The info I get on this is a hall sensor problem.  This model does not seem to have a hall sensor according to the parts breakdown.  I have not been on site yet.
