Ice maker makes ice randomly. Need troubleshooting guide & repair manual please. Only 98 volts at the end of wiring harness that leads to ice maker.

I'm not so certain voltage is your problem...how are freezer temps...and

Is that voltage measurement taken with the IceMaker connected ?
