Oh Great Samurai Master,
This humble appliance apprentice seeks the service manual for a BOSCH Dryer WTE86300US/07, which is the Ventless model in the Axxis Series.
He has had the "authorized service" in twice in less than 4 months and a cost of over $500. The drive and and drum belts keep shredding and breaking.
My thought is that I'll give it one more shot before dumping it, and laying out another $1200+ for a new ventless compact dryer.

My thought is that in addition that I'll replacing the rollers and the tensioning system (wheels & springs) in addition to the drive and drum belts. The OEM parts seem to be of passable quality, and I'll replace all of them - the only parts I have some trepidation about is the two Bosch belts, which seem really flimsy. I was thinking perhaps there's another way? Replace them with an aramid material belt (the stuff they use to make bulletproof vests) Any thoughts on this o' wise guru?

I've worked on many of these, they're really not that difficult once you get used to them. I would only use OEM parts for the repair. See section 6-11 and 6-12, if the belts are getting torn something is causing it. They might not be getting installed properly.

Here the condensation dryer manual
