Need GE stacked unit service manual: GTUP270EM1WW

I have a job scheduled to work on this unit. Look across all on manual world, and cannot really find anything on GE stacks.

The units are located at a trucking company. They called and said one will not drain and they don't know what's wrong with the other one. They are used by road drivers to do their laundry. Can we say residental machine being use at commercial standards.
