Electrolux/frigidaire is one of those companies you should ask your customer for the manufacture date... typically on the model number tag..... it will speed up the search immeasurably as they list their manuals by year and style (top mount, SxS, etc).. so off to search...

Ok, the customer supplied that info for us, I was hoping to have something before we headed out. Thanks!

No, my good friend. A while back... as in more than 6 months ago.... the link I posted is a service manual. See, you are more prolific than even you realize.

Thanks guys, i looked at the tech sheet briefly, didnt see any test procedures. The customer reports that the freezer is working, but food section isnt. I know this can be a host of problems, but is there common fail part, or something we should look for in particular?

Test procedures are in the service manual.... beginning in section 4-5... don't tell me you didn't click on my link either?... ok... I'll fix that right now....(where's that "marked solved" button? ). betcha it can't be missed now!

btw when I said Reg uploaded it a while back, I did not know he posted the tech sheets because I was writing my post at the same time. I found the manual and was about to upload it to our download section but I found the same file already existed. If you read my posts directly before Reg's posting of the tech sheet, it'll make more sense.
