Thanks for the the info and manuals, Sensei.  However, they are not the same model, but help, Nevertheless.

 

The full model number is NN-H665/SN667/SN676/SN677.  The one I am working on is the SN667.  I guess the service manual covers all the other similar models.

 

Can you help me with the service manual for these Panasonic models?

 

I am aware of the high voltage involved in servicing these inverter model microwaves, and am being very careful.  Thanks for your concern.
