GI6FARXXB06 Whirlpool fridge

I am requesting the repair manual for my daughters whirlpool refrigerator.  Mod. # GI6FARXXB06. This last week it started making snow all over in the freezer compartment. I would like to know if it could be any other thing except the defrost timer. This frig is 1 year old.  We can not find the tech sheet to put it into diagnostic mode.. Thank you
