Bosch washer WFMC5440UC/15

Have never seen a Bosch washer before,  complaint is does not spin.  Call from owner who says maid left a note washer does not spin.   Weekend water rent house, upscale.   Probably a drain issue, but I would like a manual for this unit, hopefully I can go loaded for bear.   Any other pointers greatly appreciated.  Thank you mucho.
