I think it's Mexico,  I'm in Costa Rica.  Does that mean you can't get it or don't have it?

It may be a US model that was shipped abroad. Easiest thing to do is verify the model number.

If it is a foreign model, then I won't be able to find the mini manual but may still be able to find a general service manual.

ok, cool, thanks.  I haven't been there yet but the customer says it starts to beep around 30 secounds after he closes the door.  He is getting some wierd things going on with the led contol panel, the temps are not staying where he sets them but the frige, he says, is keeping about right in the freezer and a little warm in the refer side.  I'll go see it tomorrow and let you know what I find.  Thanks
