Old - GE LH12P B3 compressor wiring

Haven't worked on too many fridges older than me. Trying to find out how the compressor is wired up. It looks like it has two grounds? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not finding anything with that number.  Do you have a model number?

that is the model number. It is a very old and very lite greenish blue.
