You have to set bake to 550f then hold bake button for a few seconds to enter calibration. Customer complained that oven wasn't hot enough... she had two oven thermometers even though the user manual said not to rely on those type. Of course, that's not news to us. I used the cast iron calibration method (Samurai is gonna kill me, lol) and her oven was dead on 400f when set to 400f during a 45 minute test checking temps every 15 minutes. For customer perception purposes, I increased calibration by 5f and showed her how to calibrate it if it gets too hot.
