31-9153 is the manual number. Google 'ge 31-9153' gets you a few hits.

Is there a way to look up the manual number. How did you know the model # I was looking for was in 31-9153?

Usually, if you look up the model on any parts site and find the parts marked "Literature, wire diag, parts list, etc" the part number will be the above numbers that you need to look up the actual sheet for the model.

Can also find the complete service manual by searching the downloads section.  This is a standard PSC box to searching the Downloads section for PSC* pulls the manual right up.
