Capacitor and contactor wiring

Hello,
Maybe someone could provide some ideas to the following?
I have a split system and when turned on, the indoor blower will run, the compressor will ran but not the condenser fan, unless I gave it a spin. I replaced the capacitor but now only the indoor evap blower runs but the condenser fan or the compressor don't.
The contactor seems ok since it closes when energized.
Thank you, any suggestions will be appreciated.

Make and Model number?

What is the voltage across top of contactor?  What is the low voltage reading at contactor?  Is t-stat flakey or is it functioning properly, as far as you can tell?

What kind of cap did you change (single or dual)?  What is/are the uf values of new cap?

3 or 4 wire condensor fan?
