I'm not sure what you are telling me. I alway look in the downloads and the forums before I make request. The Fridgidaire FSC23F7DSB0 does not show any results, at least on my computer. I tried on the search up on the top as well as the little gear icon on the side. They both showed no results

I'm on the road now so I don't have time to research it. I definitely pulled up the info you were looking for in the downloads section though. Did you try FSC23* as your search term?

I did look under fsc23. Still nothing. I usually do this when I'm searching. This time there is still no results.
