No joy with the wildcard search, but I entered the whole model# in the google search box and came up with this post:

https://www.google.com/url?q=http://appliantology.org/topic/15858-built-in-kitchenaid-refrigerator/&sa=U&ei=SFjtU77NBYahyAT2-YLgDQ&ved=0CAYQFjAA&client=internal-uds-cse&usg=AFQjCNGHRyhkd4rjI6KgSU2W8krc4Tw2ow

Apparently though the link in that post has expired. Can anybody help me?

I'm currently trying to figure out why I can't access the stash.

That model is in the Downloads section.  Search using these techniques:

Tried the wildcard trick I've been using for months now. I searched kss* kssc* kssc48* The least specific one comes up with 12 items. I'm not looking at a discolored mullion nor a variable speed compressor so that left me with 9 choices. I downloaded one that had an m in the model# in case my model wasn't listed on the cover. Kssc* came up with one that didn't say on the cover that it was variable speed compressor, but it had thermistors. Mine has a timer.

Like I said, a Google search of kssc48mhs00 found the post which I linked above. The link to the manual in the post was expired.

Is there a secret handshake I'm missing?

What I mean is, I have searched top the best of my ability. I am so sorry about the typo. I will re- post with the correct model#
