Blodgett pizza oven no model no. found

Have a friend that's looking at buying a cafe that has an old Blodgett 4 door pizza oven that has two different gas burners controlled by two gas valves and two thermostats.It looks very old.Do you guys have any info on this thing and can someone help with parts and repair info?Thank you for your time.
