I found the mini-manual, but it doesn't include much about the latch mechanism for the detergent dispenser.  Can someone provide the full service manual?

The soap dish on most of the GLD series is the same. 120 volts to the wax motor causes the piston to move, popping the door open. If you need any further info find any GLD manual and you'll find it.
