Yes I have heard of them, they are our local competition. They have a fleet of service vans, and they have hired techs away from us. Since they are a competitor, we have followed them on service calls, so we only see the bad, and none of the good... so, realistically, I don't have enough first hand experience to give you an honest opinion.
