Looking for a service manual or job aid that will help me remove the inner basket and wash plate to clean inside of outer tub.

Haier has chosen to make all their technical documents closed to all but their warranty ho's. As a result, all I can find for this model is the use and care guide-- probably not much use to you.

Thanks for trying to help. Seems like more stuff is going that way. I was able to remove the wash plate on this one with some gentle manipulation. The center bolt was gunked up around the agitator hole and prevented it from backing out easily. It only has a phillips head screw holding it so i didnt want to put a bunch of torque on it and strip it. penetrating oil and working it back and forth gently allowed it to break loose. Standard threads on this screw, btw.
