Hello Forum... I'm looking for some help with a Commercial Wolf Range #CH61829FT22L. The burners are working pretty well (most times), but the two ovens are not working at all. No Gas At All... The right oven had the Switch changed out not to long ago and it seemed to work for a while, but slowly started to lose its flame. the left oven stopped working a while back and just wasnt being used but had the same issue... Slowly lost its flame... What may have caused this??? what direction... and path should I take to get to the root??? Again... the burners are working O.K. (mostly)... but testing it... No gas at all to the Ovens. Please Assist......

If it uses the hot surface ignitors, I would start there checking amp draw on the ignitors for each oven first.

The very first time I ran across a case of a hot surface ignitor just starting to fail but still opening the gas valve and burner lighting was in a Wolf and the burner would light but the flame would be really small and find of flucuate.  Replaced weak ignitor and all was restored to normal.

Thx "Big Willie" for the response... but this puppy is the old pilot and thermopile set-up. I've worked on a few of the 'Ignitor" wolfs, but never a pilot/thermopile... so this is Another 'Newby' for me... Being that this is a 1) COMMERCIAL unit and, 2) pilot/ thermopile... i need as much info as You... or, Anyone can provide me... including or up tp the Service Manual. ( if it's out there).

Sorry, Don't know anymore about Wolf then that - I don't mess with any commercial equipment and I don't work on Wolf anything anymore.
