My trane BTD736A100B0  has lost cooling . The liquid line becomes hot,very soon after system is energized.  What should I be looking at to troubleshoot this?

Dan, The condenser fan was at fault. Thanks as always to the community!! New run start cap. and good as new.

Mine is on life support . Have a booter cap on it.
