A Service manual & job aid is requested for this 3 year old machine.    Ist of this  Generation WP Duet for me.    Was able to use original tech book with machine while on intial call, but I left it with unit, be a couple of weeks before I return.

This is a whirlpool alpha series washer. Tech sheets are similar model to model (like VMWs). This should take care of what you need.

Actually Durham I went with the closest manual I could find that was simular. The unit in question according to non English speaking customer was door would not unlatched & customer wanted clothes out of washer. When my wife says go help her now I listen to her not Durham. She feeds me my beloved Brussel sprouts. We cater to to clients in immediate need..Oh nevermind..
