Blodgett Zephaire 240G cycling on and off.

A commercial customer of mine has this Blodgett convection oven, and they called me last month saying it wasn't lighting.  I tested the ignition board, see that I get my 24v to the board but nothing at all happens with ignition or power to the valve, so I change the ignition board.   Even though I pay a good bit for it and use the recommended supplier, the board I get is very different than the one I took off.

Well I get it in, get the wires in their right spots, and power it back up.

   voila it works.

    Everything is good.

Fast forward a month later and they say it is turning off, then turning on on it's own.   I did fail to change the flame sensor last time, so I will change that first.  The board goes through it's cycle with no issues, nor am I getting any error led from the board.   I hope it's not the control, these people will think I am trying to milk them for all they are worth if I change the other main part.

I have tech info on the ignition system itself, but very little on the oven controls and other than the skematic I was just wondering if anyone had any first hand info on thse ovens
