There's been an update as follows.

 

New service bulletin #ASC20150605001

 

You must apply grease to the top of the new ASSY Dampers.
Failure to apply grease to the top of the new ASSY Dampers will result
in noise and vibration issues!
You can use grease part# 0205-001283 for multiple customers.

 

The description says silicone grease.
