Consider registering for LG Tech Assist - it's free, and open to non-authorized servicers. That said, the model number is wrong, and I think it's LDF instead. Here's the manual

 

It's worth mentioning that there's about 14 bulletins on this model, but I'm not going to download and attach each of them. Go register for lgtechassist.com

Yep, my bad. I assumed the customer gave me a good number which apparently he didn't, sorry. I always search first, but in this case the bad model number threw me off.

You know how those "s" and "f" sounds get confused over the phone. Happens to all of us.

I confirmed it with him, the issue is he called his wife at home to get the model, so by the time I talked to him it had already gotten messed up.
