Looking for a tech sheet and service manual on this Kenmore 363.9752714.

Who made this fridge?

I did a little research and it appears that this is a GE made fridge and very likely one of the TBX22******* models. Not sure which one. Would be nice to know an easy way to cross Kenmore.

I have no idea what GE model this crosses with other than it being a top mount in referencing an actual service manual.

What kind of problem is it having?

I had a no ice call on it and found a bad water valve.

This lady has been my most frequent customer so I want to have this tech info on hand for when she calls next time.
