I believe I have an issue with the gear on the bottom rack attached to the door track? one side keeps falling out of the track preventing the door from closing does anyone have pictures or videos regarding the track assembly?

also what should I do to rectify the rime ice that built up because of the door not being closed all the way?

thank you what is happening with mine is the gear it self on the rod is coming off of the mechanism that holds it in on the sides closest to the panel of the refrigerator
