Whirlpool GU2275XTVY0 dishwasher is releasing the magic smoke

Our Whirlpool GU2275XTVY0 dishwasher is sending white electronics smoke out of the door with the steam.  I opened the door and the tub is full.  I tried the drain cycle, but it would not drain.  The control panel still works.  Could anyone suggest some components to start looking at?

Thanks.

First thing is to remove the control panel and visually inspect the control and wires for burning.

Thanks.  Here's the culprit.  Besides the fried control board and melted jumper, is there anything else I should test or replace?

Grab the tech sheet from behind the lower toe kick. Make sure all loads (motor, pump, heater, Etc) are within specs. Then change control and fix wiring. You may want to change the thermal fuse as well.
