I saw a service manual for  a similar model but not this one. I am heading over this morning and this unit has 2 service bulletins and I just want to ensure I have all I need before I head over. Anyway someone could help me out this morning?

That model number doesn't pull up at any of the online parts houses. Here's the message from Service Matters Search Center, "Model number not found in the Knowledge Management system. Please verify the model number."

I FOUND THAT THEY WERE NOT SERVICE BUILLTENS PUT TSB's I'm not really sure of the difference however I cam calling tech support tomorrow to see what I need to do. because I am new to the appliance game I am not sure if client is better served with someone that does warranty work or not. I would love a service manual so I can at least run a diagnostic. I checked when I was there and no manual available.
