Electrolux EWF1481 Washing machine not filling

Hi,

Resubmitting with correct model number.

My Electrolux front loader washing machine EWF1481 (EWF14811 - Aussie model)  will not start on most settings.

If I leave the cotton setting and don't adjust the temp or time of cycle it will start, but machine will not fill.

I popped the top off and verified that the double inlet valve is working OK, and was able to get the filler for the prewash working. But changing the connectors to the other solenoid I proved it would fill. On a cycle it was cutting in and out.

On the drain cycle it ran for a couple of minutes, and emptied the tub, but the cycle never finished.

I can hear a relay close to the controller clicking when trying to start.

 

Any suggestions on what the issue may be, or how I get into diag mode to verify, or even a hard reset may do the trick?
