I went to move a load from the washer (wfmc3301uc/03) to the dryer and found a grey plastic part in the tub. It is triangular in shape and has a hole in the tip. It was attached to the top of the non-rotating part of the tub frame. The part was attached to the back side of the frame. I believe that it is part # 0338. If I am correct I will need a service manual to help me get into the washer to replace the part.

Thanks.

I think you are talking about the bleach dispenser and it only snaps in from the top.  No need to get into the washer.

Thanks for the thought. I wish it were a snap in part. The part shows broken plastic on either end and I can feel a screw head where it was attached. More ideas?

Yes, that is the part. Now I just need to know how to get to it.

Thanks.

From what I understand is that the door boot needs to come off to access this part as it is mounted to the tub. If yours is broken I would order a new one before taking it apart. The part is supposed to help keep clothes from getting in between door boot  and basket.

Thanks for your help. I will order the part. What are your thought about ordering a new boot since it has to come off to replace the part? I will also need a service manual to help me remove the boot.

Thanks

Maybe look for a YouTube video on possibly taking it off, especially if you have never taken one off.  You only need to replace the boot if it is ripped or dirty and cannot be cleaned.
