kenmore elite 110 71082000 control panel won't come on

My dryer control panel won't come on, no lights, no start. I think it's the control board but not sure.

I have checked door switch, thermal fuse, and belt switch. I have voltage (120v)  from L1 to P1-1, P1-2, P1-3, P1-4.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

I installed a new control board and still no control panel.

If you have power at the main control and you already replaced main control with same results, then you need a new control panel. All you need for the display to work is the main board with proper voltage and the control panel properly connected with good wires.
