Samsung WF428AAL/XAC Washer died mid cycle

I have a SAMSUNG WASHER  WF428AAL/XAC which died mid cycle leaving water in the tub. It will not restart, no power to LED panel on display board. It stalled on several occasions prior but would reset once turned off. Trying to determine if display board or rear main board may be the culprit. Outlet is live, there is power to the noise filter. There is no audible click when depressing the start switch on the display board when removed from its housing. Thanks

unable to pull up part daigram.

all power comes from main control board in rear
