WCVH6800JWW GE Washer Galloping away

Every time I do a load of laundry, the washer is terribly unbalanced and sways uncontrollably.  Took the bottom panel off and can easily shake the drum front to back with no resistance.

Is the inner basket concentric with the door opening?

Could have a broken suspension spring or damper shock. Remove the top panel and front bottom panels and have a look.
